Positive: Spacious & large living room and bedroom, aircond provided in each room, perfect scenery view from balcony

Negative: No closet for storing clothes in the 3rd bedroom, insufficient lighting in front of the bathroom in the 3rd bedroom, and less comfortable of sofa due to overused and defect.
