The space
The property is located 2 minutes away from Greenbelt, and is right infront of Sycip park.
Hotel rates beside this building start at 4,700 PHP per night, while we offer our unit a fraction of this cost. Check-in and Check out time is also more flexible compared to a hotel.
Food Service is also available via Plaza Cafe which provides free food delivery to KL Tower guests.
The property is a 1 bedroom loft with space upstairs and downstairs. Since there are 2 floors, it gives you a feeling of the privacy of renting 2 studio units. The bedroom is upstairs. It has a queen size bed, and we can set up 2 more foldable single beds upon request. There is a cabinet, lamp, side table, split type aircon, iron & hair dryer, cabinet and hangers. All beds are set up with comfortable bedsheets and pillows.
The bathroom upstairs has a water heater.
The living room downstairs has a sofa, which can turn into a single sofa bed when cushions are taken out.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric water heater, pans, stove, plates, utensils, cooking laddles, coffee maker etc.

Requirement before check-in:
Please note that you have to submit the IDs of all the guests staying in the unit to our email address one (1) day in advance, as the property management requires that everyone who enter the building have proper identification filed in their office. Non-submission of the IDs at least one (1) day before can result to the entry issues, as the guards have been instructed by the property management not to allow anyone to enter the building/ wait at the lounge area without proper identification. This is the property management's way to ensure the security of all the residents in the building.

Airport Drop Off:
The car that will be used is a Toyota Innova that can fit 7 passengers, or 4 passengers with luggages. This is available from Tuesdays to Sundays at a rate of Php1,200.00. The driver will pick you up at the building lobby, and will bring you to the airport. Please ensure that this is arranged at least a day before your departure. Please also provide your flight details to us.
