In the heart of Buenos Aires, this is a super modern, clean and comfortable full apartment with tons of sunlight and great space in a very nice building. The apartment has one bedroom with queen size bed, living room, a queen size sofa bed, charming kitchen and one bathroom. There is also a smaller room off the bedroom that can be used as an office/work space. The apartment doesn't lack for amenities though. The bathroom is stocked with towels and bath products. The kitchen likewise has everything for your basic (and not so basic) cooking needs including electric oven and coffee machine. There is a 36-inch HD cable LED TV in the living room. And of course, there's high speed wifi. Whether you are visiting Buenos Aires on a short holiday or for longer stays for business or work, this is the place for you. The building is just off of "Avenida de Mayo" Av. which is one of Buenos Aires' Main Streets. So you will be super close to a wide range of great and affordable restaurants, super cool bars, including Piazza, Starbucks, Cafe de los Angelitos, Tortoni, 36 Billares and many, many more. This is a 6th floor apartment (with two elevators). I am always nearby if the need arises. I'll be happy to give you recommendations for some of my favorite neighborhood spots or help out with directions. Sorry but no smoking and no pets are allowed.
