Summary: Pictures in website is not what the hotel offers: no spa on sie, no phones in rooms, no daily room cleaning, free breakfast is a joke and noisy teenagers in pool , lost key card has a charge and review of high rating is totally a misrepresentation of what the website says staff is excellent but that's the only compliment I could say.
