From 1st january 2023, a tourist tax of rm 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. this tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. guests with a valid malaysian identity card or valid permanent residents my pr card are exempted. please note that there are electricity interruption from 10am to 4pm on 08th november 2022, dear valued guests,, kindly be informed that we have no water supply due to water tank cleaning project schedule as per below, date : 07th february 2023 (tuesday), location: level 12 and level 13, time: 9.00 am to 4.00 pm, date : 08th february 2023 (wednesday), location: level lg to level 11, time: 12.00 pm to 7.00 pm, sorry for any inconvenience caused, the management, amansari hotel desaru, there will be a temporary cessation/ interruption of electricity supply at amansari hotel desaru, the interruption will be causing no electricity at all hotel room as per below schedules:, date : 13th march 2023 (monday), time : 10.00am – 3.00pm, dear amansari hotel guest's,, kindly be informed that our swimming pool at desaru utama clubhouse will be closed from 9/9/2023 to 14/9/2023 due to private wedding and under maintenance work. swimming pool will resume back operation on 15/9/2023, sorry for the inconvenience caused, swimming pool is under maintenance until further notice.managed by a private host
