Positive: Excellent location, on arrival excellent greeting and communal areas all look pretty. Lots of complimentary extras from mini bar to tours and shuttles.

Negative: Room was small and unusable. Not a single drawer and extremely limited hanging space so ended up living out of a suitcase. Room also had a filthy window and looked on to a void and a building site beyond. We also booked the complimentary sunset tour and as the weather wasn't good we decided to cancel only to be told it had already been cancelled for the weather but we hadn't been informed and as collection is 4:30 we could have cut our days plans short to attend only to find out it wasn't happening We also booked tour A through the hotel and ended up waiting almost an hour in reception and then being told our booking had not been organised or passed onto the tour company luckily they took us and said they would take it up with the hotel at a later date but obviously we had paid and the tour company had not received either payment or our details. Really not good enough for what is advertised as a 5* hotel to be honest it would be lucky to be rated 4*
