Our Unit @ Azure Maldives Tower is a sort of vacation home - a place to unwind, entertain relatives and guests without leaving the city. It is a 2 bedroom, beautifully remodeled unit in Azure Urban Resorts Residences, a beach-resort style development unlike any, recognized by the Southeast Asian Property Awards as the Best Condominium Development in the Philippines in 2014. At 46 square meters (i.e., 495 square feet), this unit can accommodate up to 6 persons. Available for short or long term stay.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access Azure's amazing resort-style amenities master-planned by Broadway Malyan which include:
- Man-made beach
- 60m wave-pool with water fall
- Pool-side bar
- Beach volleyball area
- Basketball court (with unit owners)
- Open park
- Zen garden
- Paris Beach Club (the clubhouse at the center of the property designed by Paris Hilton which houses the gym, function room, spa, game room, movie room, children's play area, etc). Some of amenities are limited to unit owners use.
Unit comes with up to 4 persons free use of Azure's beach/wave pool, There is also a a 250 Philippine Pesos per person charged by Azure Property Management Office for every excess person/s who will use this amenities.
Wave-pool/beach will be closed for maintenance on Mondays The beach/wave pool will be open in two shifting: from 7:00am to 12pm for morning shift and from 2:00pm to 7pm for afternoon shift.
Our guests can access the beach and wave pool area. They can also enjoy food available at Ibiza Beach Bar or at the Paris Beach Club. They can also access the beach volleyball area but upon availability and registration (Bring your own ball for volleyball). 4 pax are entitled for free wave pool access, in excess of 4 pax will be paying Ph250 per pax per shift of pool operation.
Interaction with guests
I usually meet my guests during their arrival to check in and I personally assist them on registration. I also tour them around for them to familiarized the do's and don'ts in using Azure amenities. In my absence, my husband Nehru do it for me.
Other things to note
* Please declare correct number of guests (including kids) when booking to avail of exact number of free passes for use of amenities. Toiletries, towels, etc will be prepared limited to the number of guests in the booking.
* Unit is cleaned and bed sheets/towels changed for each check in. For stay of 1 week and above, extra cleaning including change of bed sheets and towels will be done weekly. Additional cleaning may be requested, subject to extra fees (Php 500 for each cleaning)
* Yes, you can cook & bring your own food in the unit; Utensils and plates, etc are provided for your use. No extra charges on power use.
* Parking may be availed through Azure Building Management at Php50/first 3 hours and Php10/succeeding hour
*STRICTLY NO HOUSE PARTY ALLOWED
*STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL inside the room and balcony
*STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CONDO UNIT & BALCONY
