Review Score: 6

Summary: Lack of customer service with Front desk at check out. They don’t have lines people with checking in and checking out but have to wait a long time for a room check before giving the ticket leaving the premises. The female manager at the desk is not very helpful and entitled. Not a good example and need training how to deliver great customer service.
