Travel Purpose: business

Positive: It's a secure building with security working 24h. It's a small studio with a kitchenette with a table 2people eat, a bed and a closed bathroom. Its okay for staying one night. The airport was a fast drive compared to other places in manila with chaotic traffic, there is a highway connecting.

Negative: The whole check in process was too much, for a person that already was in very different hotels and air b&b this one was definitely too much, since early they asked for the documents and all which is okay. The day before was sent a lot of instructions of check in, information and rules, which was lot of info. The person who was responsible to be in the lobby when we arrive (she was only there for 1h after the time you said of arriving so make sure you don't have delays in ur flight) was nowhere to be seen, the security in the lobby put us in the elevator to the floor we are staying with little info, with no idea what to do, we went to the apt, the person responsible was there with the door closed, and with a very broken English said that I didnt answer her, she was texting my number but with the filipino id instead of the Portuguese, even tho I was talking through booking with an agent of the apt, honestly a mess when you are tired of the flight and all. The apt had a weird smell as if someone cooked a very strong meal, that only cleared in the night, the AC made a lot of noise which was very complicated to sleep. We didn't leave the apt, so not much to stay about location, we just wanted to rest.
