Summary: It's okay, but probably wouldn't come back next time I'm in Naga city. We paid for early check-in and when we got to our room, it wasn't cleaned well and the bed wasn't made well, but we were so tired from our trip that we waited until the next day for them to clean the room (and my cleanfreak mom sanitized every surface already). The next day, the bed was made well and the floors noticeably cleaner. Free breakfast was ok, a little inconsistent (food was sometimes cold). Front desk was friendly and helpful, but any time we needed something that they couldn't give to us directly at the front desk, rarely got to our room. Ex. We asked for more towels and they said they'd bring it to our room. We probably asked 4 times during the trip and they gave extra towels once. Would not recommend unless you prioritize convenience (next to 7-Eleven, a korean convenience store, lcc, sm mall, and the bus terminal is judt across the street).
