Positive: Although the facility is clean overall, I noticed several issues during my stay:

Negative: 1. There is no lift available to access the upper floors, which makes it unsuitable for guests with limited mobility or those using a wheelchair. 2. I found small insects crawling along the edges of the toilet floor, the main floor, and the desk area. 3. When I turned on the shower, the water had a stale smell, as if it had been sitting unused for some time.
