Summary: Property with a rustic interior reminiscent of the Swiss alps, and most rooms had a privileged view of the lake where you can hear the lapping waves. Breakfast menu was fixed everyday except for the eggs where you have several options to choose from so you could have a different style each day, nonetheless the food was delicious. However, service was rather inconsistent. With some staff, there were several communication lapses which diminished the quality of stay at this price point, for example forgetting our instructions to replenish the soap and shampoo. But other staff went the extra mile to brighten up your day and made communication, both in person and over WhatsApp, seamless.
