Positive: it's a few minutes from the beach and local shop. a bus ride to main beach which is good

Negative: no power for the first night, no air con, no cooking, no hot water. if we had an extension cable I would have powered it from the kitchen only socket, I had to buy one but the own did give me a refund for the cord. lack of cooking no toaster

Summary: stayed at a better apartment in the same complex
