Before booking our property, please take note of the following details:
1. Early/Late check out requests depending on availability. Please communicate this ahead of time.
2. Bookings made after 5 PM on weekdays, after 12 PM on Saturdays, or at any time on Sundays (when our office is closed) will not be issued an access card upon arrival and For same-day bookings, please allow 1-2 hours for processing and to check if the unit is ready for check-in.
3. A photo of your valid ID for all guests staying is required.
4. Only The main booker will be issued one access card for elevator, pool, playground, gym, and roof deck access. (Cards are non-transferable—only the cardholder can use them. For elevators or amenities, the cardholder must accompany you.)
Please prepare ₱350 for access card and a ₱3,000 cash deposit. The deposit is fully refundable upon checkout once the card is returned in good condition. Extra cards can be requested if needed, ₱350 per access card + cash deposit.
5. The pool and gym are open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The main booker (cardholder) must be present while companions are swimming.
6. Visitors are allowed just make sure they bring their own valid id. You need to meet them at the lobby as tap assistance have a charge for visitors.
7. Parking: Limited slots available on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternative parking: Century City Mall and Alveo, beside the condominium.
8. Clean As You Go. Please leave the unit tidy before checkout.
