Los departamentos son a estrenar y están excelentemente bien ubicados en el centro de la ciudad a 2 cuadras de la terminal de Ómnibus, centro de info- turística, entidades bancarias y a una cuadra centro gastronómico. Pueden ser para 4 o 2 personas, ya que cuentan con sofás camas en el living. Es muy amplio y amueblado con todos los servios. Cuenta con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, termo tanque eléctrico, pava, cocina y hornos eléctricos.

La ciudad de Iguazu es muy segura, pueden caminar de noche y salir a comer sin ningún problema. Nuestro edifico está localizado en una zona céntrica y cerca de bares y restaurantes.
Es una zona residencial, segura y tranquila a dos cuadras del centro de la ciudad. A una cuadra hay un mercadito bastante completo sobre la Av. Guaraní, un restauran/cafetería con comida para llevar 24hs . A cuadra y media está la terminal de omnibus de Iguazú, donde parten los micros hacia Cataratas, Brasil y Paraguay. En los alrededores van a encontrar varios supermercados, bancos, panaderías, cafeterías, restaurantes y tiendas de todo tipo.
Las mejores formas de llegar son: por cuenta propia en auto (contamos con estacionamiento privado), colectivo ( estamos a una cuadra y media de la estación de ómnibus) o en taxi.
