Positive: The staff were so nice and very accommodating to our requests. We also liked the variety of free breakfast meals they offered. The rooms were clean and comfy. The indoor pool was a plus, especially for us who have kids. For a group or family traveling together, El Puerto Boracay is definitely good value for your money!
