Summary: We stayed in a clean and spacious room, although it could use some maintenance—our shower gel holder was broken and the shower head holder was loose. Breakfast felt quite chaotic due to poor management, limited food options, and frequent shortages of basics like glasses and utensils. It definitely has room for improvement. The pool area is nice, though we were unlucky that the largest pool was under maintenance during our stay. The staff, however, were consistently nice and polite, which we appreciated. Given that the hotel has 26 buildings, it would be beneficial to have more dining options and restaurants within the large property. On the positive side, the transport system around the hotel is excellent.
