From 1st january 2023, a tourist tax of rm 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. this tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. guests with a valid malaysian identity card or valid permanent residents my pr card are exempted. in the interests of safety, please be informed that all guests will be presented with a wristband at reception upon arrival which is to be worn throughout their stay, booking is based on number of occupancy booked for that room reservation, any additional guest will be offered option of room upgrade, extra room, or extra day bed charge where applicable, cooking and outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited in the villa. pamper your taste buds at our restaurants instead, children added in the booking confirmation are permitted to stay for free; however meals arrangement will be charged separately, as much as we love all creatures great and small, please do not bring animals or pets of any kind into the resort compound and individual villa unit, please refrain from fishing at the trunk and inside villa. if seafood is what you’re after, we’d be happy to recommend some of our favorites, the swimming pool is open for use on a first come, first served basis.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Positive: Room is clean only there is some stool bird around the balcony area. Waterheater supply is great. For breakfast are variety foods. Taste good Swimming pool for kids excellent, clean, towel supply and with support workers around the pool. Many activities available. Cycling is most activities i like.

Negative: Nothing much only that I found the curtain in the room with some stain. House keeper must check thoroughly once cleaning.

Summary: Its short stay but good memories with family.
