Positive: Super close to eatery restaurant and others facilities.. Across to KL East Mall.. Staff also are very friendly. Hotel having it's own parking spot.

Negative: Everytime to enter the hotel have to press bell and the staff will open the door for you. The place is too crowded.

Summary: Opposite to KL East Mall 😍
