Studio unit can comfortably host 3-4 pax. However, due to insistent demand I am allowing max of 5-6 pax per guests request.
For same day bookings, please give us at least one hour to prepare for your arrival.

FOR POOL ACCESS
Costs 100 per pax to use the pool. Please make sure to go to admin's office to pay this fee. Admin is open from Mondays to Saturdays 8.30am to 5.30pm. You can swim anytime, but for you to secure an amenities pass, you must go through the admin. The admin office and pool is located at the 4th floor.
For Sunday and holiday bookings, please tell me in advance. So I can secure the amenities pass for you.

There is karaoke with two mics for rent onsite for only 300 pesos for your whole stay

3. Please keep the unit reasonably tidy. anything broken or that needs extra cleaning will be charged under you.
