Positive: I loved the cleanliness, all the accessibility to cookery and cutlery, wifi connection, facilities such varieties of swimming pools, gym and many kids playgrounds and easy access 2 car parks. Not to mention easy to access to various tourist services, such as foreign exchange, DHL for postage, AEON supermarket. Apart from that I could access to local food around surrounding suburbs. The host, was flexible to allow me to pay the deposit of $RM300 via cash instead via bank account. FYI I don't have a Malaysia bank account, so it would make it difficult. Not to mention, the host was happy to communicate with me via a local mobile number once I had acquired a local prepaid sim because I don't use WhatApps, the host was very accommodating and flexible. The host was very contactable for any enquiries that I had, it gave me a peace of mind while staying in the condo. It shows what true customer service is all about especially to someone that travelled all the way from southern hemisphere to Malaysia and had no local preferred communication method such as WhatApps. The host was very generous with all the facilities that it provided -e.g: Washing powder, dish washing liquid, toilet paper and etc. Thank you so much for making my stay so pleasant, relax, comfort and welcoming. I certainly will stay in the condo again for my next visit.
