Fully Furnished House - Between Ayala Mall and Lourdes Parish Church.
Private Pool - for the exclusive use of the guest only.
A Gazebo - overlooking the pool.
Karaoke in a small pavilion near the pool.
3 Bedrooms with Air-conditioner
and in the attic we have another 3 Single Beds and
5 Mattresses
2 Bathrooms ( with Heater Shower)
Kitchen with cookwares, stove, small oven, a refrigerator and a water dispenser (hot and cold). Plates and eating utensils are also available.
We have a griller located outside the house.
Parking are for 3 vehicles

The space:
The place can accommodate a maximum guest of (15) PAX.
We require the guest to provide a list of the guest coming on the reserved date (s) so that we could provide a gate pass. This is a MUST DO.

Jennifer's Abode is located inside a private subdivision.
Lourdes Parish Church is just outside our subdivision.
Ayala Mall is beside Lourdes Parish Church.

Sky Ranch is 5-10 minutes drive - 4 Km. (with less traffic)
Picnic Grove 15-20 minutes drive - 6 km. (with less traffic)
Caleruega Church 35 minutes - 17.6 km.
Chapel on the Hill 30 minutes - 16. km
Sonya's Garden 25 minutes - 13.7 km

Some house rules that we want emphasized:
1. No smoking of any kind inside the house.
2. The apartment must be given back in a clean state. Before you check out, put all of the trash in the trash bags. Do not leave any trash on the floors or/and on the counters.
3. No parties, and no loud music late in the evening or past 10pm. This is a residential neighborhood please respect our neighbors.
4. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
5. when using the AC make sure to close the windows.
6. When you leave the house, please turn off the AC.
7. No drinking of any beverages in bottles or in a glass in the pool area. We want to avoid accident like broken glasses falling into the water and in the surrounding.
8. No pets are allowed.
9. Security deposit are to be collected from the guest upon check in. This amount will eventually be return if there is no broken or missing object .
10. We have no lifeguard in our pool so children must be , at all times be supervised by an adult.
11. No outside visitors allowed without permission from the host.
12. The house is privately owned, it is agreed and expressed that all guests will assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Please observe safety precautions.
