It is only 450m from the beach and has its own amazing private garden.The villa has a comfortable living room with flat screen TV and satellite channels, a lovely dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons. There is a master bedroom with access to the terrace and one further bedroom with single beds as well as two bathrooms, both with showers.Outside there is a large dining terrace with easy access from the lounge and kitchen but also benefitting from its own brick built BBQ. The terrace surrounds the pool, and is well equipped with sunloungers and a parasol.The location is ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday and a traditional taste of Greece.The villa is 500m from Kalathos Village Square where you will find a selection of tavernas, bars and shops. Just a short walk away is Kalathos Beach and a short drive will take you to Peukous or Lindos, a must-see for all those who want to do some sightseeing on their holidays.Lindos offers the traditional Greek island architecture, with the classic white houses and narrow streets and a beach that is considered one of the best on the island with soft sand and shallow waters. Finally on the top of the hill,there is the ancient Greek acropolis that has stood the test of time for over 2000 years. A visit there is truly rewarding!
