Positive: The best thing of this facility is definetely the pool with an amazing view. The pool was reopened 4 days before our arrival so no doubt the water was clear and the place was well maintained. Whatever we will say later on about the room itself it is rewarded with this pool view. We liked the amount of hangers and toilet paper. The conditions did not meet European standards, but comparing to other rooms we had in Maylasia it was preety cool. The staff were really nice answering for any questions really quickly and the woman who gave us the key was really nice and smiley.

Negative: Water at the shower - or it is warm or with good pressure. If you like it warm, you need to put it on low level. You will only get one key and one card to the room so you need to be glued to your partner. Without the card you cannot even move inside the building on foot - the escape doors do not open without a card. And you will not like to go down to let your partner in because with these lifts it takes years... The towels were disgusting. The facility is worth taking this room at its price, but be aware you will not get a towel for the pool and the one you get for the shower is really used and stinky althought you can feel it was washed before you got it. Really - take your own towel! The plates and forks etc were dirty and the room was not smelling nicely. We have cleaned the floor first on our arrival and bought some air refresher to get rid of the chemical smell we met there. The room is tinier than it looks in the picture. Also you are going to find yourself at lower level than you might think looking at the photos - it is level 13th. Anyway the view is still nice:) I did not like the facility lifts. It was really taking a lot if time to move with it.
