Our resort is a boutique hillside resort, we have sea views but we are not beachfront, we have no ramps and no elevators, we have a free hourly town shuttle from 8am to 11pm, all units are air conditioned, and have sea views, annual maintenance works and minor renovations from september 1-october 10 in some parts of the resort. some noise may be observed from 8am-5pm everyday except sundays, please note that we accept pets (selected rooms) and will incur an additional charge of php 2000 per night, nightly deposit rate of 1000php to be paid upon arrival. deposit refund is 24 hours after check-out, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, managed by a private host

Positive: We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Lumbung one. The views from the villa and the restaurant area are spectacular, the staff is always very nice and willing to help with any request you may have. We had to go to the hospital one evening and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food and drink selection is really good.

Negative: Expect geckos in the room or at least outside. It's normal as you are in nature, but we weren't mentally prepared for it.
