A 50m² private infinity pool (1.40m depth, can be heated upon request with an additional fee) anchors the experience, while a sunken hot tub for four offers the perfect spot for slow evenings beneath the stars. Bespoke premium sunbeds, a shaded cabana for two and a poolside shower elevate the pool terrace into an all-day sanctuary, while the pergola-covered dining setting welcomes lingering alfresco feasts with panoramic sea views. An outdoor cooking station with an electric BBQ, three-ring hobs and sink completes the scene—ideal for unhurried meals, sunset toasts and private dining moments in the open air.
Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

Accommodating up to 10 guests in real beds, with space for one more on the sofa bed on the lower floor, the villa comfortably hosts a maximum of 11 guests.
