Positive: The property owners were friendly and communicative. Rada Tilly is a beautiful small city next to Comodoro Rivadavia, with lovely stores and a fantastic beachfront. The view from the apartment was great. We had an issue with cold air coming in through slits on the wall behind the fridge, and the owner gave us some plastic to cover it as soon as we informed her.

Negative: We visited in late May, and the weather was cold (though not the coldest it can be). The only source of heat was the AC, and even at maximum temperature (30 degrees Celsius), the air was not coming out hot enough. The large window, though with a great view, was partially responsible for the heat loss because it was not double-glazed. For the property to be suitable for cold weather, both the window and the AC need to be fixed.

Summary: We enjoyed the view and the owners were friendly. The place needs improvements for cold weather.
