Positive: The hosts, Richard and Lily, are incredibly friendly and helpful. Lily, who was an interior designer, really furnished and decorated the place to feel cozy, bright, and it feels like your own little home. The room has lots of natural sunlight and a cool breeze and there is a fan in the living room and Aircon in the bedroom. The bed and sofa were comfortable and they made us feel super welcome there. There are many restaurants super closeby, as well as a 7/11 and a supermarket, so everything you need is right beside you.

Negative: Although it wasn't a major issue, and he didn't bark at night or anything, they have a big dog that isn't very friendly and barks when you enter or exit. He doesn't bite, but he's scary-looking. Make sure the dog is inside before you enter the gate. It didn't inconvenience us really, but if you're afraid of dogs, ask for Richard to keep it inside for you.
