Summary: - Room The good, Room was clean, Air Conditioning worked well. Complimentary toiletries. Room was cleaned everyday with refreshment of towels. The bad, Ceiling in restroom was unfinished with screws still showing and could tell the moisture & humidity had already done its damage and there’s mold in some spot of the caulking. Bed was super hard and the fridge didn’t work. Hangers to hang clothing would have been nice as well. We had only had 2. - Internet Internet was non existent. Kept dropping out. Making it really difficult to do any work or even get emails heaven forbid you try and load a website. - Hospitality Staff was super friendly and the complimentary shuttle to Alona was great. Welcome drink was kind of a joke. They offered us Nestea. When we asked if they had anything else we were told we’d have to pay extra. Breakfast was not great but edible. Only allowed 1 complimentary instant coffee for each person. -Pool Pool was clean
