About this space
This off-the-grid cabin is located in a uniquely secluded area of Tagaytay yet very close to the city centre and offers great views of the lake and the virgin forest upfront. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the light, and the quiet location. The cabin is good for couples, group of friends and families (maximum of 4 guests only due to current curcumstances). The basic rate is for two guests and additional guests over two are charged.
The space
It's a one-bedroom cabin with spacious living area, outdoor hot shower, complete kitchen, dining for 6 and plenty of outdoor space for lounging. The house runs on solar energy and we have plenty of light and 12V outlets for charging your devices.
Guest access
The bedroom has one double bed good for two guests. In the living area, we have one sofa bed that can also sleep two plus one queen-size bed which we also use as a lounge bed with poofs and pillows.
The outdoor shower has gas-powered water heater. It is easily accessible from the bedroom and also from the common living area.
The kitchen has a stove and cooking wares for guest use. Guests also have access to complete dining wares.
We have parking space for two cars and next to it is our guard house for security.
Other things to note
We do not have a 220V line so using appliances and devices that run on 220V is not supported. We do not have a refrigerator for cooling your food but we can provide a box cooler. Just buy ice in the nearby convenience stores or supermarket.
Wifi is not available. 3G signal of Globe and Smart are present but very erratic. I hope you choose to stay here to enjoy nature and the presence of the company you are with.
We have a charge for extra guests over two and do not allow visitors, day guests or transients. We can only accommodate maximum of 4 guests due to the current circumstances.
