Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The house is so neat, big enough for a family of 4 with children. The host is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. We did mentioned a few problems that we face and he understood. The host prepared body shampoo which I think is a plus’s . The kitchen has basic useful utensil for cooking. The location of the house is only 9 mins from Tanjung Balau beach.

Negative: The toilet sink and the kitchen sink are badly clogged. We can hardly use them so it is not convenient at all. washing machine is provided, but I think it should be taken for inspection as well. The spinner is not functioning well. Also the fridge isnt cold enough. Its a good thing we already have our own cooler box with a lot of ice so we dont really use them. I think these are all pretty important things to look into especially when we paid the house for all that listed accomodation. For travellers with senior family member and children, and for those planning to cook during their stay, it is better to call the host and ensure that everything is right before confirming the booking.

Summary: Overall its a great experience besides all that inconvenience.
