Summary: Supervisor was kind enough to upgrade my room. Bathroom wasn't as clean though, initial water flow from the sink and shower was yellow. Water pressure was low. Water closet has stains. They didn't clean the room daily. Staff told me it should be upon request which is not a hotel standard. Blanket was just a flat sheet. Elevator wasn't working but you can ask the staff to bring the luggages up and down. Place is acceptable but there are a lot of better options at a lower price (if it's not peak season). Booked this hotel because of its free cancellation option. Other hotels were fully booked too because our stay was during the Masskara festival. Staff were generally nice but more can be improved on the facilities. They only serve plated breakfast with the room, only one option per day. Coffee is not included in the free breakfast. There's also water refilling station. The popular Chicken House is just a stone's throw from the place.
