The house is located in one of the liveliest streets of Porto de Galinhas, but strategically away from the noise of downtown, near the beach.
You can do everything on foot: less than 5 minutes walking quietly to the beach (200 meters away) and 8 minutes to the village (500 meters away) where you find the main restaurants, bars, shops and nightclubs.
The house has 188 square meters of built area. There are 4 bedrooms (all with air conditioning split), 3 bathrooms, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, blender, refrigerator, microwave, pots, dishes, cutlery, etc.), garden with barbecue, service area, garage for 3 cars, terrace and a balcony on the first floor.
COMMENTS:
- The price includes: initial cleaning, electricity (limited), running water, 15MB Wifi internet, pay TV, telephone (local calls only), initial bedding (supplied only), gas kitchen and caretaker service (garden cleaning).
- We ask for a security deposit of R $ 300,00 to protect us from possible damage to the house. The deposit will be returned at the end if no unforeseen occur. In addition to damage to household objects, they can be deducted from the security conditions of the contract, such as loss of keys, excessive dirt, dirty dishes at the end of stay, etc..
- Flexible check-in and check-out times (between 7am and 7pm) as long as there are no other guests arriving and / or leaving the same day. If so, check-in is after 16h and check-out until 10 am.

- We do not allow pets in the house and we do not rent to events.
