Our apartment is located in a gated community positioned on a salt water lake (Songculan Lake). The community is mainly made up of long term residents who are very friendly but mostly keep to themselves. The apartment is 10 minutes away from the city and 20 minutes away from Alona Beach.
Getting around
Because of its access to main roads its fairly easy to get a ride on a tricycle, Jeepney or hubble hubble but having your own transport will make your stay more pleasant. Motorbike hire can be arranged for P500 per day or a car for P1800 per day.
