This property is solidly built, well appointed and is located on an excellent wide, fully fenced allotment with direct access to a wide beach on the Sulu Sea. The beach has firm light sand which is packed hard for easy swimming and strolling along the foreshore shared only with a few local fishermen. The half-acre property runs from the main highway to the beach and is backed by a steep lush hill providing shade in the early morning enabling sheltered swimming for the early riser. The property is shared with the owners separate home and a small beach-side tree-house so personal space is well catered for. The highway is well served with long-distance air-conditioned buses, quaint jeeps to nearby towns such as San Jose de Buenavista, Hamtic and Dao. Local travel is also provided by numerous inexpensive tricycles (like motorbike/sidecar taxis) all for just a few pesos.
The Guesthouse/Cottage has two large queen-size bedrooms (one with air-conditioning), well equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. There is a large lounge/dining area equipped with satellite TV.
With a westerly aspect the sunsets are spectacular viewed through the numerous coconut palms from the ample covered deck which offers an excellent venue for breakfast and just enjoying the sea breezes with a cool drink at any time.

Local produce is available from nearby roadside sari-sari stores and local markets. These are all either a short walk or five minute tricycle journey away or we are willing to stock the kitchen for you on market days.
