Positive: The only positive point was the location

Negative: The unit was very disappointing. The pictures used were outdated, and the place was not maintained well. The toilet bidet was broken, the sink pail was cracked and water spilled all over the floor whenever used, and the upstairs air conditioner didn’t work properly. I reported these issues to the owner’s group, but they delayed responses. They told me their worker was coming to check the air conditioner, so I rushed back to the unit, but no one showed up. I called their service several times, yet no one answered. Wasting two hours of my time. The unit was also not properly cleaned. The kitchen stove and wall had oil stains, and despite being told the unit was cleaned and bedsheets were changed, the bedsheets smelled unpleasant and even had baby cockroaches. Parking was another problem. Even with a reserved spot, I had to go up to Level 4A to park, which was very inconvenient for a 4 days 3 nights stay. There was no visitor parking or side parking available below the residence. The only positive point was the location, but overall the stay was not comfortable and not worth for the price was paid.
