Positive: Very convenient and the location is good.

Negative: I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Before my arrival, I tried to amend the date of my booking. I waited a long time for assistance, but the issue was never resolved. When I arrived and explained that I already had an online booking, the staff still asked me to pay again because they hadn’t updated the date. As a result, I was charged twice, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. In addition to the booking problem, the cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom was unacceptable. It didn’t feel properly cleaned or maintained, and certainly not up to the standard I expected. The facilities looked worn and not fresh at all. Overall, this stay was far from satisfactory. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves both their customer service and cleanliness standards.
