Positive: The pool and the access to beach

Negative: Aircon in the room cant cover the whole room, its not strategically located. If the room is up to 6 pax, chairs and tables or luggage storage is not for 6 pax. Customer assistance is bad. No confirmation prior to the booked date, and despite the contact nr provided by booking.com, I only contacted it 1x, despite calling nth time. Receptionist said will get back to me, but i never got feedback. Upon arrival, i told the receptionists. Apparently, they were not moved or took seriously my complaint.
