Ocean Breeze Resort is a small, discreet resort just 50 meters from the beach, Our beach is clean and quiet. A few fishermen, a few locals, a few visitors - peaceful. You can swim or surf or rent our kayak for a hour or light a bonfire and have a BBQ.
Ocean Breeze Resort soft opened January 2020 and we are now welcoming many guests. We will have a restobar with free wifi, beach huts, BBQ area, roof top event space and will have a swimming pool soon.
We have 3 types of accommodation;
1/ Bahay Kubo's (local style cottages made of bamboo and leaves) [See other listing].
2/ Suites - 1 x queen size bed or 2 x single beds, wardrobe, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, ensuite, aircon. Please specify when booking.
3/ Deluxe / family suites - 2 x queen size beds, wardrobe, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, ensuite, water heater, aircon. [See other listing]
Guests studios have a kitchenette but are welcome to use the roof top kitchen too or the Restobar.
The main surfing area of Urbiztondo / San Juan has a real 'hipster feel' and is very noisy now. Places to stay are stacked up on one another and therefore convenient for the bars but very noisy when its time to sleep. Typically the rooms are small and pricey. This is why alternative accommodation, like Ocean Breeze Resort are offering a refreshing change.
Note, our soft opening means that the grounds and some facilities are still being completed &/or developed. This is reflected in the current rates.
This 1 Bedroom Resort provides accommodation with Air Conditioner, Pool, Balcony/Terrace, for your convenience. This Resort features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group.
