Positive: Location gives easy walking access to both new and old part of city. Hotel had nice architectural appeal. Towels had nice smell.

Negative: Very noisy air con. Furniture was old and needs upgrade. Bed was old and could feel springs through mattress. Bedding and towels were worn and need replacement.

Summary: Overall ok for price
