This is hands down the BEST place to stay in Popoyo! It is the ONLY luxury beachfront home in the area and is perfect for large groups and families.
Ola Popoyo is exactly what you've been searching for, so look no further! This luxury beachfront home offers all of the amenities that you need to enjoy a stress-free vacation... and in style!
This 5-bedroom home blends elements of local architecture with those found in modern, luxury beach cottages around the world. The entire house is furnised with gorgeous, hand-crafted furniture made with certified hardwood sourced in Nicaragua and every room features top-of-the-line beds so you can rest easy knowing you'll sleep well while on vacation. Basically, you will never want to leave once you're here!
The downstairs features 3 bedrooms - a master suite with 1 king and 2 guest rooms, one with 1 queen and the other with 2 fulls. Here you will also find the main kitchen, living room, dining area, outdoor bar & lounge area and, of course, the pool. There is more outdoor living area then you will know what to do with, whether you want to take a nap on the wrap-around couch, read a book in the hammock, enjoy a cocktail at the bar with your friends in the pool or lay out on the wet deck to soak up some sun and watch the surf.
The upstairs has its own access via an outdoor staircase, which also offers access to the 2nd floor balcony and 3rd floor loft. The upstairs features 2 bedrooms - a master suite with 1 king and a guest suite with 1 king - as well as a kitchenette, which is fully equiped with everything you need.
Electricity in Nicaragua is not always dependable and goes out from time to time due to planned
outages and/or problems with the grid; however, Ola Popoyo has a battery back-up power
system that provides power to the entire house, except for the A/C units. This system
automatically powers the house in the event of a power outage.
