Positive: Rosell Boher was one of the best, most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It feels like a hidden little world in the middle of the vineyards...peaceful, beautiful and very special. The food alone is worth the trip. Every meal was amazing, but here’s my biggest tip: don't sleep on room service. The in-villa menu has dishes that are honestly even better than the (already fantastic and more “fancy”) restaurant menu. A bowl of bolognese on the terrace with a glass of wine at sunset? Absolute heaven. If you can, book one of the private villas. Having your own rooftop jacuzzi with sunset views over the vineyards is an experience I will remember forever. The staff deserves a massive shout out. Everyone from morning, afternoon and evening staff is so kind, so thoughtful and genuinely happy to help. The little details like turndown chocolates make you feel very cared for. A few things I wish I knew before arriving: • The spa is tiny and basic. If you’re someone who loves big spa experiences or great massages, hoping this helps set expectations. This experience is all about wine and food, not spa treatments. • The hotel is extremely remote and it’s not easy to get around without your own car. If you plan to explore Mendoza, definitely arrange transportation ahead of time. • There’s no gym and it’s all gravel roads nearby, I was hoping to be able to at least run with no gym, so working out can be tricky if that’s something you like to do on vacation. Even with those notes, I would go back in a heartbeat. Rosell Boher is the perfect place to unplug, eat incredible food, drink incredible wine, and slow down in the most beautiful setting. Highly recommend.
