Positive: Convenient location in a busy mall complex with lots of great food options all within walking distance. Modern, comfortable rooms. A solid choice in Tawau if you are visiting or stopping over on your way to Semporna or a rainforest excursion.

Negative: Noise carried easily between rooms and in the corridor. It may warrant the hotel putting up "quiet hour" signs so it doesn't impact light sleepers.
