Summary: Pro: - great location - Spacious rooms - Well lit - Good service, though we did not get our rooms on time and had to wait 1 hour in the perenakan lounge , the staff YEO was very friendly to kid and welcoming. We appreciate that. He was super kind and probably the only good thing about our stay Con: - this hotel is really NOT for anyone who prioritise quietness and tranquility, the sound proof of rooms is terrible. We were on the 8F interconnecting rooms and can hear noise throughout our stay from 9F and also rooms from the same floor, the closing of hotel room doors of adjacent rooms were loud and audible. Can totally wake you up from dreams (we did not complain because we needed the interconnecting room and also it was an infrastructure issue to be able to hear loud sound from left right and centre) - Tried to call 0 for reception to make the room but the line is always busy - As mentioned above on 27 Dec we arrived 1345 and check in the as 2pm. However the rooms were only ready at 1510 In short, if u are always out and sound doesn’t bother you, the location is great and room is spacious. But if you want quiet rest then please avoid at all circumstances
